Demolition to rear of existing “Mill” building including the removal of the floors and roof. Civil works to retain yard to rear, for formation of new retail extension, tying into existing partly demolished original “Mill” building. Construction of the new retail building, including bespoke fit out, first floor storage areas and cold stores, offices, toilets/ shower room, canteen, underground fuel tanks, petrol pumps and external concrete yard. Formation of three number, two bedroom duplex apartments, with full turn key finish, on the new first and second floors of the renovated “Mill” building. All works in accordance with the Heritage Area.
