Russell Bros. Builders also competitively tender works and are always interested in tendering any projects that already have an establshed Design team in place.

This traditional form of procurement is still favoured by some clients and R.B.B feel that our knowledge within the industry can and does make us very competitive.

Many clients also prefer to retain the design team and negotiate directly with ourselves. The advantage being that they can tap into R.B.B’s wealth of experience and still secure a lump sum contract. On negotiating one to one we operate an “open book” policy.
